Pricing questions
Is VAT included?+
Prices are shown excluding VAT. EU business customers with a valid VAT ID are billed under the reverse-charge mechanism; VAT is added automatically where required.
What counts as a questionnaire?+
One uploaded spreadsheet is one questionnaire, regardless of how many questions it contains — except on Free, which is capped at 50 questions. Re-uploading a revised version of the same file doesn't count twice within the same billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Paid plans are billed monthly (or yearly at the discounted rate) and can be cancelled at any time from Billing — you keep access until the end of the current period.
Which AI model is used, and is my data used for training?+
Drafting runs on Mistral AI models, an EU company (Paris, France) with EU-hosted inference. Your documents and answers are not used to train models — ours or anyone else’s.
What happens when the AI is not sure?+
It abstains. Questions without sufficient evidence in your documents are flagged “needs evidence” for a human instead of being answered with plausible-sounding text. A second verification model re-checks every draft against its citations.
Do you sign a DPA?+
Yes — a GDPR data processing agreement is available on request on the Business plan, and our subprocessor list is public on the trust page.
What if I need more than my plan includes?+
Need more questionnaires than your plan covers in a given month? Contact us — we can size a plan to your volume instead of charging per-overage surprises.
